How information fits into the workroom.

This notice describes information relevant to volumboss.com, direct part-time role interests, company correspondence, and Volumboss Workroom. Volumboss LLC is responsible for the company channels described here. Email reid@volumboss.com when you have a privacy question or want to discuss a request.

The information you bring to a conversation

A question or role interest may involve your name, email address, selected work area, availability, and message. An SMS preference may involve a mobile number and related consent, STOP, or HELP instructions. Provide only what is relevant to that conversation. Do not attach identity records, account passwords, financial information, or private working documents to a general inquiry.

Connect each use to a defined purpose

Information actually received through an enabled company service may support responding to correspondence, reviewing direct part-time interests, keeping related records organized, and administering message preferences. Limited processing may also be needed for security or applicable obligations. Expressing interest in a document support role does not, by itself, authorize marketing messages or establish an employment relationship.

A firm limit around mobile marketing information

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Volumboss LLC does not sell or rent SMS opt-in data or consent, or provide that data for another organization's own marketing. Consent to Volumboss Workroom concerns this company's program and does not extend to a separate sender's promotions.

Providers have a supporting function

A provider used for hosting, message delivery, security, or compliance may process information needed to perform that specific service when it is enabled. That access must remain connected to the supporting function rather than the provider's independent marketing. Disclosure may also be appropriate where a valid legal requirement applies, limited to the information required for that purpose.

Retention and care follow the record's purpose

For personal information actually received, retention should reflect its purpose, applicable obligations, security needs, and the need to preserve an opt-out preference. Reasonable safeguards and limited access help protect those records. No communication or storage method is completely secure. Ordinary website and recruiting correspondence should not include confidential source material that is unnecessary to the inquiry.

Ask about information held about you

Contact reid@volumboss.com to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information held by Volumboss LLC. Describe the information or interaction involved without adding unnecessary sensitive details. Identity confirmation may be required. Some records may need to be retained for applicable obligations, security, or the suppression of future messages after an opt-out request.

Volumboss Workroom is optional and covers only the company's direct part-time role information and recruiting updates. Up to 4 messages per month; message and data rates may apply. For an active program, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also email reid@volumboss.com about a preference. Consent is unrelated to applications, consideration, purchases, or services.

This workroom is not directed to children

The website and Volumboss Workroom are not directed to children under 13, and Volumboss LLC does not seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied information through an active company channel, contact reid@volumboss.com. The company can review the circumstances and consider appropriate steps to remove that information.
