Purpose: Employment and job opportunity alerts.
These terms describe the voluntary SMS program for people who choose to receive relevant job opportunity messages from Volumboss LLC. They supplement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Your separate opt-in
SMS consent is optional and must be given independently through the unchecked SMS consent box associated with a job alert request. You must provide a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use. A phone number alone, browsing the site, or choosing email contact does not constitute SMS consent.
By affirmatively opting in, you provide an electronic signature and authorize recurring job alert texts from Volumboss LLC to the number provided, including messages delivered using automated technology where applicable. Consent applies only to Volumboss LLC.
Consent is not a condition of employment, purchase or use of this website. You can request job alerts without choosing SMS.
Requests and enrollment
The website displays an SMS signup completion screen after you finish the form. Operational SMS enrollment and messaging require a connected request service and a recorded separate SMS consent choice.
SMS communications require an active program and recorded consent. Do not assume that submitting a request guarantees message delivery or a matching role.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. The number of messages depends on available opportunities and your preferences. We do not promise a minimum number of messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier or mobile plan determines applicable charges. Contact your carrier if you have questions about charges or supported messaging services.
Stop messages
Reply STOP to cancel. You may also revoke consent or request cancellation by contacting reid@volumboss.com. Other clear, reasonable requests to stop will be honored.
Where a messaging service is active, a final non-promotional confirmation may be sent to acknowledge cancellation. After an opt-out, further program messages require a new affirmative opt-in. Necessary suppression records may be retained to respect your choice.

Mobile information and consent records
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent data will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers, messaging platforms and mobile carriers may handle information only as needed to deliver and operate the requested service, process support or cancellation requests, protect the service or comply with law. Consent is not transferred to another business for its own marketing.
We may retain records of the consent wording, choice, contact information and request as needed to administer the program and demonstrate preferences. The Privacy Policy explains information handling more broadly.
Delivery and number changes
Delivery depends on carrier and network availability, device settings and other technical factors. Messages may be delayed or unavailable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If you change or give up a phone number, notify us or opt out before the change. Do not enroll a number that you are not authorized to use.
Program changes
Volumboss LLC may change or discontinue the program and update these terms. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date, and any additional notice or consent required by law will be obtained.
